Our role
Gifted Hands Travel Agency provides travel planning and booking assistance and may act as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers, and other suppliers control their services, availability, and policies.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, reviewing documents promptly, meeting payment deadlines, and confirming passport, visa, health, entry, and destination requirements before travel.
Prices, availability, and payments
Quotes are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and required payment is received. Supplier rules, payment schedules, and service fees will be disclosed with the applicable proposal or booking documentation.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed by applicable supplier terms and any agency terms disclosed with your booking. Supplier or agency fees may apply. We strongly encourage appropriate travel protection.
Travel risks and suppliers
Travel involves risks and circumstances beyond the agency's control, including delays, disruptions, weather, public-health events, and supplier actions. Gifted Hands Travel Agency is not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of independent suppliers to the extent permitted by law.

You may use this website only for lawful travel inquiries. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse its content.
